This is a space to talk honestly about human problems. We are a hub of resources to build hope in a world that can be very disparaging. We aim to facilitate a transformative healing process that treats you as a whole person.
After an initial session to determine if your counselor is the right fit, each package takes a time commitment of 12 weeks.
Many of our clients start with an individual package or a group package. The final step is a tailored, goal-oriented package where our counselors will check in and monitor your progress.
Depending on your situation, your experience may look the following:
You and your counselor work together to identify your points of pain.
All clients identify a "breakdown" that threatens their day-to-day. Many don't know how to cope, OR their coping mechanisms are no longer serving them. They don't know how to learn a new way to manage their pain. They have no resources to learn this new way. They desire to learn a new way and are open to receiving help, but they may have been mismanaged in the past. The people around them don't have the resources to help.
You and your counselor discuss and develop an action plan to address your pain points.
People are held back from achieving their purpose and destiny because of setbacks and traumatic experiences. Your counselor will provide a safe space to unpack life's adversities and work towards building a support network to help you reach your personal goals.
Over the next 10 or so weeks, your counselor will help you with executing the plan.
Execution of the plan can look like a number of treatments depending on your pain points. These treatments can range from art therapy to collective, community therapy with like-minded individuals.

After 12 weeks, you and your counselor review the process and discuss the next steps forward.
